Detection of businesses in relief situation:

Through our territorial agencies we identify companies and businesses close to its closure in the short term, and that could continue its activity through the formula of the transfer of the business. Once we contacted its managers, we prepare a first report to have a realistic visit to the business situation.

Relief Detection:

That is, entrepreneurs who show interest in the generational change formula.

intermediation:

The last phase, and the most important to consolidate the business fabric in our towns. Once the transfer has been completed, we advise the entrepreneur in the start-up of his new business, drafting a viability plan, reporting on aid and administrative procedures, or providing tax training.

The General Directorate of Tourism, Commerce and Consumption of the Government of Navarra convenes this subsidy In order to strengthen and consolidate the business fabric of trade through the modernization of commercial establishments.

Auxiliary expenses vary between 40 and 45% depending on the type of projects, with a maximum subsidy of €45,000 in most cases.

Remember: to apply for these aids, it is essential to carry out the Digital maturity self-diagnosis of the Navarra Trade and Crafts Digital Transformation Impulse Center (CITD).

Types of eligible projects:

  • Projects of modernization and reform of commercial establishments (PMR):Companies are required to have been exercising a retail activity in Navarra prior to October 1. of 2022.
  • Commercial Entrepreneurship Projects (PEC): It is required to set up a new retail business and open a new commercial establishment in Navarra, whose date of registration in the IAE must be between October 1, 2022 and December 29, 2023, both inclusive.
  • Non-Sedentary Trade Projects (PCNS): It is required that the company be registered with the IAE, as a non-sedentary merchant, in some Navarra town prior to October 1, 2022.

The Government Work Service of Navarra convenes this subsidy In order to encourage and facilitate access to self-employment or on its own account, supporting people who, being registered in the business relay bag, Hire unemployed people also registered in said bag.

They will be subsidized Indefinite employment contracts for unemployed people in businesses enrolled in the business relay bag of the work service and that are located in localities less than 2,000 inhabitants.

Contracts must:

  • be full time.
  • The minimum annual gross remuneration, including extraordinary payments, must be included in the contract and may not be less than the minimum interprofessional salary.
  • The contract must comply with the provisions of labor legislation.
  • In no case will indefinite contracts be subsidized derived from the initiation of sanctioning procedures.

Single A single contract will be eligible presented by the autonomous person.

The amount to subsidize will be 6,364 euros for the indefinite contract. When the hired person is a woman or the person has recognized a disability equal to or greater than 33%, the amount will increase by 10%. In the event of both assumptions, only the 10% increase will be applied, that is, 7,000 euros. Additionally, the beneficiary will be given a direct aid not co-financed by the European Funds of 5,000 euros to cover expenses and needs in which he concurs through the transmission of knowledge of the business.

The Government Work Service of Navarra It convenes this subsidy with the purpose of facilitating the continuity of those businesses with difficulties when it comes to finding a relief, as well as encouraging and facilitating access to self-employment or on their own account.

They will be subsidized Expenses paid for transmission of businesses located in towns in Navarra with less than 2,000 inhabitants and that they are registered in the business relay bag of the work service. Specifically, the following expenses will be eligible:

  • the price stipulated in the business transmission contract.
  • Notary fees.
  • Other expenses derived from the transfer of the business

They may be beneficiaries self-employed workers that they succeed the owner of a business carried out on his own account, and that they meet the following requirements:

  • be registered in the business relay bag.
  • Be registered in the tax on economic activities of the locality where they are going to develop economic activity.
  • Be registered in the Special Regime of Self-Employed Social Security or Mutuality of the corresponding Professional Association.

The amount of the subsidy will be 70% of the budget for eligible expenses, with the maximum amount of aid per beneficiary of 10,000 euros. This amount will be increased with an additional 20% in the following assumptions:

  • women.
  • people with disabilities recognized in a degree equal to or greater than 33 percent.
  • If both assumptions occur, only the 20% increase will be applied.
