Mugalur: del espacio (trans) fronterizo al territorio de vida.

Mugalur: From the (trans) border space to the territory of life.

Mugalur aims to promote reflection on the experiences of the reality of the border with the local population, creating exchange spaces, but also working on the contribution of the cross-border to the development of each territory. In this way, Mugalur intends to relocate the reality of the border and the cross-border at the center of the dynamics of the territories and projects, as a true lever and resource for development.

Returning to the smallest scales of cross-border territories, Mugalur bets that this intangible material can give a new impetus to intervalle local cooperation: reveal the potential of the cross-border character to think about projects of territorial development.

Mugalur has the financial support of the Euroregion Nueva Aquitaine-Euskadi-Navarra, and has the collaboration of the Euskal Herria Development Council, the Cederna Garalur Association and the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU).
