The Cederna-Garalur association wants to hire a person as a development agent to develop its work in Baztan-Urdazubi-Zugarramurdi.

 lo La Asociación Cederna-Garalur quiere contratar a una persona como Agente de desarrollo para desarrollar su labor en Baztan-Urdazubi-Zugarramurdi.The Cederna-Garalur Association wishes to hire a person as development agent to work in Baztan, Urdazubi and Zugarramurdi.

The minimum conditions To qualify for this vacancy are the following: Have a university degree, be a Basque speaker, with Creditable level C1 or EGA, and have B1 driving license. Work experience as a development agent, in revitalization processes or in project management and knowledge of other languages such as French or English will also be positively valued.

The work consists, among other things, in the attention and advice to local municipalities and private agents, carrying out initiatives for social revitalization and the design of new projects and the capture of new ideas at the regional level.

  • The title of the e-mail will be “Baztan-Urdazubi-Zugarramurdirako Garapen Agenta”
  • Interested persons will send resumes, photopics of the requested titles and any other merit that they want to be taken into account in the selection process.
  • The work experience must be demonstrated by providing photocopies of work life or company certificates at the time of delivery of the CV.
  • Basque: Those candidates who are not in possession of the Basque title that proves the required level must pass a test and must request the completion of said test in the e-mail in which they send the documentation.
  • Deadline: August 21  of 2015.

The process includes three stages, with the following percentage of valuation:

  1. Curriculum Vitae: 15%
  2. Technical test: 55%
  3. Interview: 30%

1. CURRICULUM VITAE ASSESSMENT

Candidacies that exceed the minimum requirements required will access the technical test:

  • diploma or equivalent.
  • B1 driving license.
  • be of legal age.
  • Knowledge of Basque (C1/EGA). It may be accredited by presenting the corresponding title issued by an official language school or by carrying out a specific test.

In addition to this, they will be valued:

  • job-related training
  • Complementary academic training to the minimum required.
  • Languages
  • Knowledge of office automation and NTIC
  • Previous experience in similar positions, years worked
  • Experience in other jobs, years worked

2. Technical tests

They will be eliminatory tests.  They will take place on August 28.

A first written test is proposed consisting of a series of questions related to the job to be developed. Specifically, the topics will be:

  • The Cederna Garalur Association
  • Navarre Mountain and Baztan-Urdazubi-Zugarramurdi area
  • Knowledge of rural development: policies, programs
  • REGIONAL PLANNING
  • concepts and tasks of a local development agent.

Those who obtain at least 50% of the points will access the next phase. They must pass this test.

3. Interview

A court will be constituted in which they will take part:

  • Managing Director of Cederna Garalur
  • Technical staff of CEDERNA GARALUR
  • Cederna Garalur Development Agent
  • Representative of the Baztan City Council
  • Representative of the City Council of Zugarramurdi

In the interview, it will be assessed:

  • Ability to coordinate and inspire work teams
  • Responsibility
  • autonomy, decision-making capacity
  • Organization and planning capacity
  • Initiative
  • Motivation for the position

The interview will be selective, being necessary to pass the  same to access the position.
The final score of the selection process will be obtained from the summation obtained in obtaining the different tests, considering that those who have not passed the selective tests will not be eligible for it and that specifically are the curriculum vitae (minimum training) written test (approve) and the interview (approve).
