With this methodology, Cederna Garalur wishes to contribute to the empowerment of the rural communities of the Navarra mountain, strengthening the processes of debate and decision-making of local policies and relating them to regional, state or European policies.
For this, a tool for participatory, decentralized and flexible territorial organization has been designed, adaptable to the interests and characteristics of each community.
Beyond having the support of technical assistance to design it, the proposal for decentralized participatory territorial organization emerges, How could it be otherwise,
of the territory itself.
This document has been prepared within the framework of the Cooperation Project “Rural Intelligence-Landa Adimena”, in which the Cederna Garalur Association, the Eder Consortium and the Middle Zone Consortium participate. “Rural Intelligence-Landa Adimena” is funded by the Government of Navarra and the European Union FEADER funds through the PDR 2014-2020 Rural Development Program.
